Recipes - Shrimps dried with long beans


  • 300g meat  and 100g dried shrimps
  • 150g long beans (shredded)
  • 50g green capsicum (shredded)
  • 5 pieces dried chilli (shreeded)
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic

Marinade :

  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp water
Seasoning sauce:

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce and sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper and slat
  • 1 teaspoon of hot cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar and monosodium glutamate

Cooking Suggestion:

1. Rinse the meat and cut into shreds. Mix well with marinade, marinate for about 30 minutes. Deep fry into hot oil until crispy.  Remove and drained.  Ready to use.
2. Leave 2 tbsp oil to saute the chopped long beans, dried shrimps, dried chilli and chopped garlic cooked until frangrant.  
3. Add in prefiried meat slices, water and seasoning, stirring constantly over high heat until well combined.  Thicken with a little cornstarch solution.  Lastly add in crispy dried shrimps, long beans, garlic, stir-fry until the flavour has been absorbed.

Dish up. serve hot.
